1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and KasiWin ("Platform", "We", "KasiWin"). This document governs the use of the website kasiwin.bet, the KasiWin mobile app and all related services we offer.

By accessing, browsing, registering or using any part of the KasiWin platform in any way, you expressly confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with them in full. This acceptance includes any updates or amendments we may make in the future.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the KasiWin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use;
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party;
• Not residing in a country or territory where the use of the KasiWin platform is prohibited or restricted by local law;
• Have never had an account closed, suspended, or banned by KasiWin for a previous breach of terms;
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list issued by a relevant authority;
• Registering and playing for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial or business purposes.

KasiWin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3 Registration & Account

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) KasiWin account only. Holding more than one account, whether using the same or a different identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, phone number, date of birth, and any other requested details. Providing false or misleading information is sufficient grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of KasiWin's commitment to security and compliance, all members must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before their first withdrawal is approved. Documents that may be required include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport;
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months);
• Verification document for the payment method used.

The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours. KasiWin reserves the right to request additional documents if needed for further verification purposes.

4 Deposits & Payments

KasiWin supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including FPX Online Banking, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, local bank transfers, Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no foreign currency exchange fees.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 (depending on the selected payment method);
• Deposits are processed within less than 60 seconds for the majority of local payment methods;
• Funds must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name;
• KasiWin does not accept deposits from third parties or accounts whose ownership cannot be verified;
• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.

5 Fund Withdrawal

KasiWin is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following terms and procedures apply to all members:

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50;
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours on business days after full KYC verification;
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name;
• KasiWin reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits;
• In certain circumstances involving security reviews, the withdrawal process may take up to 5 business days;
• Any active bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will block withdrawals until those requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is cancelled.

6 Bonus & Promotions

KasiWin offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only and cannot be claimed by existing members;

• Bonuses have an expiry date — unused bonuses within the specified period will be automatically forfeited;

7 Game Rules

All games available on the KasiWin platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by recognised third-party testing bodies. This ensures that every spin, hand, or game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including KasiWin itself.

In the event of a dispute relating to game outcomes, KasiWin's server records are final and binding. Should a technical disruption occur during gameplay, KasiWin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player. Results generated during a technical disruption will not be recognised.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game and selected table;
• Use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to play games is strictly prohibited;
• Legitimate game strategies that do not violate the terms are fully permitted;
• Very large winnings payouts may be subject to additional review before being processed.

8 User Conduct

KasiWin expects all members to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform, especially within the Live Casino chat feature. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:

• Use of offensive, abusive, racist, or threatening language in any platform communication channel;
• Harassment or threats directed at other players or KasiWin staff;

9 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 10 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content available on the KasiWin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of KasiWin or its respective content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from the KasiWin platform without express written consent from KasiWin management. Use of KasiWin's trademarks, logos, or brand name for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11 Liability Limits

KasiWin provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, KasiWin shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred while playing on the platform, including gambling losses;
• Service disruptions, technical failures or platform unavailability occurring beyond KasiWin's reasonable control;

12 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Holding multiple accounts;
• Instructions from relevant authorities;
• Account closure requested by the member through the proper channels.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, KasiWin reserves the right to withhold the available balance subject to investigation and management's decision. Accounts closed at the member's own request will have eligible balances processed within 5 business days.
